Mindful Movement
Mindful yoga and adaptive movement courses are both in-person and online. These may be gentle, all levels, adaptive, or otherwise. You will be invited to practice with curiosity, interest and compassion. To listen to your wisest teacher, the one inside you. Mindfulness-Based Learning
These trainings are open minded, open handed, and open hearted ways of communal learning with others. Thousands of local folks from many walks of life have awakened to their rich inner experience and a softening of the sharp edges life often hands us. Mindfulness-Based trainings are for all; people in stress, medical patients referred by their physicians, therapist referrals, first responders, and more. Debbie below, a therapist and one of my MBSR students, offers her thoughts below. .
Contemplative Coaching
We will share deep, meaningful dialogue and find encouragement for practices that open the door to our embodied presence, our ground of being. Let’s be willing to meet the inner wisdom that beckons us forward to work with ourselves; heart, mind, body and spirit. Jani, below, talks about her transformation of gratitude below.
