Below you’ll find my current class schedule and course registration portal for this teaching period. You’re welcome to browse the offerings at your own pace. If you wish to go to the full course reservation page here is your link.
Selecting a class will open a short description and indicate whether it is offered online or in person. If you choose to reserve a place, you’ll be guided through a simple registration process. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to book classes now and in the future. Payment options are presented during registration.
Contemplative Coaching, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and consultations are arranged directly with me. If you’re interested in one of these offerings, or have questions before registering, please feel free to Reach Out and we’ll explore next steps together.

Special Course & Workshop Schedule for Winter 2026
Here are the workshops students requested for this winter. Listed below and listed on the Registration Page and Registration Portal above:
1) Sunday Morning Contemplative Practice — February 1st at 10am. Let’s share time online with thoughtful dialogue about our life’s journey, sitting practice, poetry, and attentive loving presence.
2) Happy Hips Workshop — Thursday, February 19th at 7pm. Reviewing a broad series of gentle yet effective ways of releasing tension in our hips. This will support balance, soften aches and pains, and enhance wellbeing in many ways. Learning materials will be provided.
3) Yoga for Osteoporosis — Thursday, March 12th at 7pm. A simple series of postures and thoughtful attitudes in a yoga practice that supports bone strength. This workshop will be based upon the work of Loren Fishman MD and such workshops I have offered about bone health over the years.
