Mindfulness-Based Trainings
These group trainings have a very practical and straightforward approach. An invitation to first-hand, direct experience of your life as it is. This mode of learning is not a set of beliefs or formulas but an invitation through your personal practice to an authentic and direct experience of living.
A full-hearted turning toward your inner experience in such a way that invites you to be overtaken by your life’s beauty, goodness, and truths.
Structured group learning grounded research and practice
Contemplative Coaching
This work is especially supportive during times of transition, uncertainty, or when you’re called to look more deeply into your life. Modes of home practice will involve exploring what calls you toward inner clarity; sitting meditation, physical movement, team sports, religious devotion, loving relationships, otherwise. These are your path of least resistance to being overtaken by a full-hearted rendezvous with what is most precious to your life. I will partner with you.
In our initial complementary meeting we will review your intentions and what calls you to a path guided by who, what, and how you love most in life. Then you’ll decide what path is best for you.
